A beautiful and graceful form of aerial dance performed on a long silk, suspended from the ceiling/rig points. It’s a great way to improve strength and flexibility, whilst also being a spectacular and artistic endeavor.
Not sure which aerial apparatus to start with? Aerial Hammock is the perfect introductory class to get you up in the air, building your strength and flexibility. It can be utilised both in a beginner friendly way as well as allow different types of creativity for experienced aerialists.
The aerial Hoop (or Lyra) combines power and flexibility in an activity that is not only fun but fantastic conditioning training for the student. It’s also a great introduction to aerial being slightly easier and lower to the ground.
Aerial Stretch (hammock) is a fun low-medium intensity workout to develop your flexibility, balance, coordination; release muscular tension and also challenge you from mastering simple to advance inversions through poses and shapes both on the floor and on the hammock.
Aerial Pole presents a whole new challenge to anyone who already loves regular pole class. Experience a new freedom of movement and artistry with this apparatus that is suspended from the ceiling and not attached to the floor.
In addition to our regular flexibility classes, advanced and super-bendy students can also sign-up for contortion courses.
In these 1.15hr sessions we push the boundaries of your flexibility like never before and facilitate our most stretchy students achieve new levels they’d never thought possible.
Contortion classes are only available as an 8-week course.
Hand balancing requires repeating the same skills over and over again. The theme of this class is to work on strengthening your fundamentals and improve proprioception while being upside down.
Besides kicking up to a handstand hold with the wall, come explore different entries to hand balance to spice your trainings up! If you are interested in pursuing contortion balances, it’s best to start with straight positions and learn to control your center before moving on to more advanced positions.
Do expect strengthening, endurance and balancing drills but most importantly, enjoy learning a new skill!
The goal is to safely perform these moves through the foundations of handstands and drop-backs, with the aim to complete both full front and back walkovers

Our aerial class sizes are only up to a max of 6. So every class is personalized to you. We give hands on support so you can enjoy fast and safe results.
Your Aerial classes will be private, intimate and fun because we have small classes – max 6 students per aerial class.
While some gyms offer Aerial yoga, we focus on Aerial performing with an emphasis on conditioning. That’s much more fun, artistic and a better workout.
All of our instructors are formally trained and most are full-time professional performers. We have performed Aerial shows for F1 events, Zoukout, corporate events, SEA Games and most major brands.
You’ll love stretching if you have sore muscles, feel tense and want your energy back.
If you’re an athlete you’ll find that stretching boosts your performance and recovery.
