Stretch & Contortion Classes
Our classes are maximum 8 students.
These 1 hour sessions will help students work on their flexibility, injury prevention and core strength, with a huge amount of personal attention.
Our Stretch classes are the fastest way to get the flexibility you need to take your sport to the next level.
Dancing, pole, ballet, gymnasts, martial arts, rugby or football - If you find yourself not reaching your potential, stretching may be the missing piece.
All Stretch classes are drop in classes.
If you're looking for targeted stretches, we also have three other 8-week courses focusing on Middle Splits, Front Splits and Backbend.
In addition to our regular flexibility classes, advanced and super-bendy students can also sign-up for contortion courses.
In these 1.15hr sessions we push the boundaries of your flexibility like never before and facilitate our most stretchy students achieve new levels they'd never thought possible.
Contortion classes are only available as an 8-week course.
Hand balancing requires repeating the same skills over and over again. The theme of this class is to work on strengthening your fundamentals and improve proprioception while being upside down.
Besides kicking up to a handstand hold with the wall, come explore different entries to hand balance to spice your trainings up! If you are interested in pursuing contortion balances, it's best to start with straight positions and learn to control your center before moving on to more advanced positions.
Do expect strengthening, endurance and balancing drills but most importantly, enjoy learning a new skill!
The goal is to safely perform these moves through the foundations of handstands and drop-backs, with the aim to complete both full front and back walkovers.

Balanced & Healthy
Regular stretching keeps the muscles long, lean, flexible, strong, and healthy. And we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. To stretch better you also have to strengthen more to prevent injury. Using various stretch props, we'll help you to tone and strengthen your body in every stretch class as well.

Our Marina One studio will amaze you. The main studio's ceiling is one of the highest in Singapore and is perfect for aerial classes. We also have two smaller studios for non-aerial classes/stretch classes.
Our smaller Tai Seng studio is a great cozy space for both aerial and stretch classes. The signature blue padded floors, green garden wall and water feature greeting you as you enter is a great start to the classes.
Both studios have wide mirrors and thick crashmats. Our aerial equipment and stretch props are regularly maintained and checked to ensure your safety.
Our instructors all have multiple years of experience in both teaching and professional performing. All have done additional training with the best circus artists in the world from Cirque du Soleil.

I've been going for stretch classes at Adedance for about 2 months now and I can already feel myself becoming so much more flexible and stronger as compared to going for classes in other studios for a year.
Adelene and her instructors keep their classes professional. Not only are the stretch exercises really good, the instructors are also very helpful in terms of making sure that everyone is stretching right. Adelene would often give us tips and explanation on how we can stretch better, which I think is important rather than just doing the exercises mindlessly.
The maximum attendance for stretch classes is either 4 or 6 people, so every student would definitely have the attention from the instructor. Booking a slot in class is also really simple. Everything can be done on the app. I buy the package and just book a slot with just a few clicks on my phone.
Adelene is also very accommodating. There was a time when I couldn't make it for class at the last minute and she told me I could come for the next class in the afternoon.
Overall my experience at Adedance has been excellent and I would 10/10 highly recommend the studio!
I started my Stretch and Silk journey at Adedance about 1.5 years ago, and have found my euphoria here. I enjoy all the choreo'ed silk routines, and also continued to do stretch and choreo'ed lyra (aerial hoop) here.
Love Adelene and Ben as owners. Adelene takes the interests, progress and feedback of her students to heart. It's great they encourage students to experience different aerial apparatus which will continue to make the studio unique. I especially love that the proceeds of the yearly recital benefit a charity organization, and it's great to be a part of it.
I've also much admiration for all the instructors who are gorgeous in their unique ways, friendly, encouraging, AND patient especially my lyra and silks instructor Shevonne (who is a hottie too hehe). While they focus on the technicalities and lines, you bring your form.
The studio itself is bright and airy, and the high ceiling is especially great for all aerial apparatus esp if you are a junkie for drops. Classes are small so you get individual attention, floor is padded, and crash mats are thick (hallelujah). A water dispenser is available and cold drinks if you need. There's also a toilet with a shower. And a variety of aids to help you release those damn tight muscles or get into a deeper, safer stretch during the active and challenging stretch classes
I love Adelene's classes! Adelene is a very inspiring and dedicated instructor. Her classes are always fun and full challenges. She is an expert in the field who takes time to understand and cater the class to each of her student. Her deep stretch classes have made me more flexible, stronger and also greatly reduced my chronic shoulder and neck aches.
I have not only benefited physically from her detailed and encouraging teaching method but also learned to adopt a more positive 'can-do' attitude in my daily life. I am ever so grateful to have met Adelene.

I have in the longest time desired to have a body fit to be feasted upon. Did all I could; dieting, jogging, gymning. What can I say? It led to a futile exercise (well literally!). As ignorant as I was, the answer to my desired figure was right in my face! Adedance! Just two months into it, I felt my stubborn fats turned into muscle. I no longer am ashamed to wear revealing clothes that displayed my toned abdomen! Moreso, I am excited to embrace my enhanced self. It is amazingly sustainable and the friendly program can be easily become an extended part of my lifestyle. I did not cut back in the usual lifestyle habits, all I did was to fervently engage in the program planned for me by Adedance! It's so surreal, no one in their right mind should miss the right to look beautiful.
