BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Booking Window: Booking for drop-in classes and self-practices open 10 days in advance and closes 2 hours before the session start time.
Cancellation: Students may cancel a drop-in or self-practice class with a minimum of 12 hoursโ notice. If the cancellation happens with less than 12 hoursโ notice, the payment or credit used for the booking will not be refunded.
Course Booking & Cancellation: Once the a student has signed up for a course it is not refundable.
If you wish to change to a different course at a different day and/or time-slot, there will be an admin fee of $25.
NB: Changing course day/time is only possible if there are available slots in the desired course.
If the client is unable to find a suitable alternative course, the value of their course will be converted into drop-in class credits.
Medical Exemptions: If a student is unable to continue with their course due to injury or other medical reasons, the remaining classes will be converted into drop-in class credits.
Course Make-Up Policy: If a student is unable to attend a particular day of a course, then a make-up class option will be made available.
Course students may miss a maximum of two (2) classes from a course package.
These can be replaced with make-up classes (stretch, aerial drop-in or aerial/contortion course of the same grade) if the class is:
a) missed because of an emergency/illness
b) missed with prior arrangement and communication with the studio (minimum 72 hours notice).
Any make-up classes (for missed course classes) must be undertaken within the same term. If the class missed is the last class of
the term, the make-up should be undertaken prior to the class or within 1 week maximum (this week 8 make-up should be just the showcase performance, not learning new choreography).
Extension of Credit Packs: Students may extend their expiring class credit packages with a payment of $8 per remaining credit. A 1 week extension to the expiry date will be added per credit.
