You can tell from the before and after photos that she has improved tremendously.

It's all about progress! Through patience and dedication, we see great improvement in Carrie's wheel progression to tear drop:

✨There is more glute activation, which helped with her hip extension.
✨Her legs are straighter.
✨Her head is closer to her butt.
✨Her hands have gotten closer to her feet.
✨Her upper back is curling more, which results in a more open chest.

Carrie is now performing this position much better and correctly, thanks to her strong determination and the guidance of our skilled instructors. Congrats on all of your efforts, @carriefoongg 🥰
